We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer with expertise in Playwright to join our team and help enhance the quality and reliability of our client’s SaaS product.

About the Role

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts, ensuring seamless user experiences across web applications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to define test strategies and implement automation frameworks.
• Conduct functional, regression, UI, and API testing for our SaaS-based applications.
• Identify, document, and report defects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Continuously optimize test automation to improve test coverage and execution speed.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Monitor and analyze test results to drive product quality improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in test automation and propose new solutions as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in QA Automation, with at least 3+ years using Playwright.

Required Skills:

• Experience with API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of modern CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and test-driven development (TDD/BDD).
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Strong debugging and analytical skills.
