Our client is a US based Health Tech solution provider and they're on a mission to transform behavioral health through cutting-edge technology. The cloud-based SaaS platform helps care providers improve outcomes, streamline operations, and deliver better care.

We're looking for a Seleniumor Playwright QA Automation Engineer to join our Hyderabad team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys solving real-world problems, and has hands-on experience in QA Automation using Selenium or Playwright.

Responsibilities

• Build an automation framework using .Net, C# and Playwright / Selenium.
• Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks for UI/Web based Applications testing.
• Experience in UI Automation using Selenium WebDriver or Playwright.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts for REST APIs using Postman or Rest Assured.
• Hands-on experience with API Automation Testing.
• Automate API testing using tools/frameworks such as Rest Assured, Karate, Newman, or similar.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP methods, JSON, XML, and API validations.
• Validate API requests, responses, schema, authentication, and data integrity.
• Execute database validation using SQL queries.
• Experience in integrating the QA automation suites with the CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and track issues to closure.
• Prepare test reports and maintain testing documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5-8 years of experience in using Selenium or Playwright for development of automation scripts for Web based Applications.
• Ability to hit the ground running and start contributing to deliverables immediately.
• Ability to work independently with a minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical, and debugging skills.

• Work closely with developers, product owners, and QA teams to understand requirements and create test scenarios.

• Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end API testing.
• Experience with load testing, performance testing, and compatibility testing tools experience using JMeter or LoadRunner or similar.
• Hands-on experience with Postman, SoapUI, Swagger, or similar tools.
• Must have experience in building the automation framework.
• Hands on .Net fundamentals. Should be able to exploit features of .Net for developing scripts/ APIs
• Should have real time experience in C# programming.
• Good background on Databases and SQL queries.
• Good Background on OOPs implementation.
• Good knowledge on test frameworks and testing life cycle.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
