Are you passionate about building scalable cloud platforms, driving DevOps transformation, and leading high‑performing engineering teams?
We are looking for an experienced Platform Lead – Guidewire to lead Platform Engineering, DevOps, Release Management, and Quality Engineering initiatives for a large-scale Guidewire Cloud ecosystem.
- Define and execute DevOps and Platform Engineering strategy
- Lead CI/CD implementation and release management across Guidewire Cloud platforms
- Drive Quality Engineering and Test Automation roadmaps, standards, and best practices
- Manage platform reliability, observability, security, and performance
- Lead cross‑functional teams including Platform Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Test Automation Engineers, Release Managers, and Architects
- Champion Agile delivery, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence
- Proven experience leading Guidewire Cloud platforms in enterprise environments
- Strong expertise in DevOps tools such as Harness, Jenkins, TeamCity, Bitbucket, Git, Datadog, Dynatrace
- Experience with ALM QC, UFT, JMeter, Jira, Jira X‑Ray, Confluence
- Strong understanding of Security Testing tools including Checkmarx and SonarQube
- Experience with Azure, Kubernetes, OpenShift, GitHub Enterprise, JFrog/Nexus Artifactory
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
- Lead a strategic Guidewire Cloud platform transformation
- Drive innovation across DevOps, Quality Engineering, and Platform Operations
- Work with modern cloud‑native technologies and engineering practices
- Influence enterprise‑scale delivery and engineering strategy
