Job summary

JPMorganChase in Bengaluru is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of internal platforms that empower teams to better serve customers. Qualifications

• Experience as a technical/platform product manager, working with backend- and data engineers.
• Experience in a complex software environment, ideally within retail financial services.
• Skilled at planning, prioritizing, and maintaining product backlogs across internal and vendor integrations.
• Technical fluency: comfortable partnering with the Tech Lead on designing journeys, integration patterns, APIs, system architecture, and non-functional scalability requirements.
• Commercial acumen: data-driven decisions when assessing value and building cases for new deliveries or cost optimization.
• Stakeholder management: proven ability to align diverse business and technical teams across regions.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain design, architecture, and roadmap to both technical and business audiences.
