Job summary

Brainstack Technologies is seeking an integration specialist to design, build, and maintain system integrations across our technology environment. You will own Workato automations and ensure reliable, well‑monitored data flows between systems within Azure-based infrastructure.

You will write scripts to extend capabilities, apply CI/CD practices, and contribute to solution architecture while embracing AI tools to improve development, troubleshooting, and platform engineering tasks.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Azure or another major cloud platform.
• Hands-on experience with Workato or comparable iPaaS.
• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns.
• Practical experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Working AI literacy and ability to use AI-assisted tools.
• Experience contributing to solution architecture for integration/platform work.
• Exposure to API management, monitoring/observability, or security/identity is a plus.
• Strong self-starter with good communication and delivery focus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain system integrations using APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms.

• Develop and maintain Azure‑based cloud infrastructure and services that support the integration and platform environment.
• Write and maintain scripts and small applications to extend integration capabilities where off‑the‑shelf connectors fall short.
• Apply version control and CI/CD practices to integration and platform code, ensuring changes are tested, reviewed, and deployed safely.
• Contribute to the solution architecture and technical design for new integrations and platform capabilities.
• Apply AI tools and literacy to improve integration development, troubleshooting, and day‑to‑day platform engineering work.
• Support API management and, where relevant, monitoring/observability and security/identity configuration across integrated systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across technology and business teams to translate requirements into practical solutions.

Requirements

• Hands‑on Experience with Workato or a comparable integration/iPaaS platform (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Logic Apps) - Workato experience preferred but not essential
• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and common integration patterns
• Practical Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Working AI literacy - comfortable using AI‑assisted tools to support development and problem‑solving
• Experience contributing to solution architecture or technical Design for integration or platform work
• Exposure to API management, monitoring/observability, or security/identity is an advantage, not a requirement
• A strong, practical problem‑solver who is a self‑starter, communicates well, and can work independently with a delivery focus.
