Role Overview

You will join the team based in our new Two Circles office in HITEC City, Hyderabad, the heart of the city’s thriving technology hub.

Core Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable and resilient infrastructure on Microsoft Azure and AWS
• Maintain and evolve Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Bicep, ARM templates, or Terraform
• Drive best practices around networking, security, backups, monitoring, and key management using Azure-native tooling (Key Vaults, Monitor, Policy, etc.)
• Configure and lead adoption of CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
• Proactively manage system performance and capacity, enabling global scalability and automation
• Implement and enforce security practices including I AM, encryption standards, and PoLP (Principle of Least Privilege)
• Work across both IaaS and PaaS offerings including storage, networking, Azure SQL, VMs (Windows Server, SQL Server), and monitoring
• Troubleshoot issues at the operating system level (Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS) to ensure stability and performance
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to support pipelines and tooling (Azure Data Factory, Databricks)
• Manage and troubleshoot cloud networking components (VPNs, VNET peering, subnets, routing, DNS, firewalls)
• Contribute to disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BCP) strategy and automation

Skills & Experience Required

• Deep experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and services
• Expert-level proficiency in IaC (Bicep, ARM, Terraform)
• Proven ability to deliver CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
• Strong scripting and automation with PowerShell, Python, or similar tools
• Experience scaling cloud solutions and automating workflows for global delivery
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices, including WAFs and compliance standards
• Ability to work across complex, distributed systems and resolve production incidents

Additional Skills (Preferred)

• Azure Certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, Solutions Architect Expert)
• Exposure to AWS and multi-cloud strategies
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS)
• SQL database administration (IaaS and PaaS environments)
• Experience supporting data pipelines and analytics ecosystems
