Job summary

Expleo Group in Chennai, India, is seeking an Automotive Mould Design Engineer to join our team focused on the future of mobility, including autonomous and electric vehicles. You will simulate mould designs for automotive plastic parts and validate gate locations, driving safer and more efficient components.

The ideal candidate has 3-6 years of experience in mould design, with BE or Diploma in mechanical/auto engineering, and strong collaboration skills to work across projects and teams.

Qualifications

• B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering.
• 3-6 years of experience in automotive mould design.
• Knowledge of plastic moulding processes and validation.

Responsibilities

• Simulation of mould design for automotive plastic parts (bumper, ORVM, spoilers).
• Verification of gate points in moulds.
• Documentation and validation of designs.
