Production Control & Logistics Manager – Faurecia
As the Production Control & Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing the production control and logistic activities of the plant, in alignment with the Division/Business Group PC&L strategy. You will lead a team of professionals in charge of customer management and deliveries, production planning, internal and external flows management, and continuous improvement. You will also ensure the adherence to the PC&L standard processes and the department budget.

- Lead a team responsible for customer management and deliveries, production planning, internal and external flows management, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to PC&L standard processes and departmental budget.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in industrial or supply‑chain management highly preferred; bachelor’s degree minimum requirement.
- Professional experience: At least 15 years in production control and logistics, preferably in the automotive industry; experience in operations, including safety and quality basics.
Skills and Competencies
- Minimum English language proficiency.
- Customer orientation, leadership, team spirit, autonomy, rigor, openness to new ideas.
- Knowledge of ERP processes and tools, ability to detect, understand, and solve issues.
- Knowledge of APICS and Faurecia system principles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as sales, customers, purchasing, suppliers, program team, engineering, and plant staffing.
- Respect of Faurecia code of management and values, ability to promote the “Being Forvia” spirit.
- Knowledge of employee empowerment basics, ability to engage team members in standard conditions focused on continuous improvement.
- Willingness to participate in leadership training courses offered by Faurecia University.

Salary Range
INR 1,800,000 - 2,400,000
