Staffing Services India is hiring Production Officers for Ready Mix Concrete operations. The candidate will manage concrete batching operations, production planning, batch control, SAP coordination, laboratory coordination, mix design and quality requirements while ensuring smooth operation of the RMC plant.

The role requires 6-8 years of experience in cement/construction materials and a Civil/Mechanical engineering qualification (B.E./B.Tech or Diploma).

Formación

• 6-8 years of experience in cement/construction materials industries.
• Experience in Ready Mix Concrete operations and batching.
• Knowledge of lab coordination and mix design.
• Familiarity with SAP coordination and production planning.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Ready Mix Concrete batching operations and plant production.
• Plan production schedules to meet demand and optimize batch control.
• Coordinate with SAP for material planning and quality checks.
• Coordinate laboratory activities and ensure mix design compliance.
• Ensure smooth operation of the RMC plant and maintain quality standards.
