Staffing Services India is seeking a Production Officer to manage Ready Mix Concrete batching operations and plant throughput at the Surat facility. The role focuses on batching control, production planning, SAP coordination, and ensuring quality and process compliance.

The candidate will also support mix design validation, laboratory coordination, and overall plant operations to maintain smooth performance of the RMC plant.

Formación

• BE/BTech or Diploma in Civil/Mechanical engineering.
• 6–8 years of experience in ready mix/concrete plants.
• Experience coordinating SAP and site lab activities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee concrete batching operations and plant throughput.
• Plan production schedules and manage batch quality control.
• Coordinate SAP data and plant-wide material flow.
• Liaise with laboratory to ensure mix design compliance.
• Monitor safety and maintenance of batching equipment.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and process improvements.
