Job summary

Cummins Inc. in India is seeking an experienced Manufacturing leader to manage and drive a cross-functional plant team toward speed, reliability and efficiency in operations.

The role focuses on delivering plant deliverables, improving processes, and aligning with Cummins values. The ideal candidate has substantial managerial and budgetary experience in a unionized manufacturing setting, with a track record of evolving operations, labor relations, and safety practices in a complex plant

Qualifications

  • College, university, or equivalent degree required.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Job Summary

Education, Licenses, Certifications

College, university, or equivalent degree required.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience

Significant level of relevant work experience, including managerial, leadership, budgetary, and cross-functional experience, required.

Experience managing Outside Processing (OSP) operations for winding processes and complete product manufacturing is required. Prior experience working with a unionized workforce and demonstrated capability in managing labor relations, workforce engagement, and operational performance in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
