Job summary

Aditya Birla Group Cement invites applications for a Plant Log & Com Executive (Officer level) at the Ready Mix Concrete Plant. The role focuses on implementing financial and commercial systems and ensuring accurate invoicing, banking, accounting, reconciliation and MIS.

The incumbent will also negotiate with vendors for raw material sourcing, manage daily commercial activities at the plant, and maintain strong cost control in a competitive market.

Job Purpose

To implement all the financial and commercial systems & processes in Ready Mix Concrete Plant and ensure proper invoicing, banking, accounting, reconciliation, and MIS. Also to do effective Vendor negotiations in Raw Material Sourcing

Job Challenges: The challenge faced by the job holder is to control the raw material cost and to procure the spares/raw material at the optimum price in a highly competitive market. Also to have a complete control on daily routine matters of commercial Dept. pertaining to specific plant like timely sending of MIS, proper invoicing & timely realization of Cheques
