Job summary

Aditya Birla Group is seeking a Plant Production & Quality Officer to oversee third-party dry mix production in Gujarat, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to quality standards.

You will coordinate production plans, materials, and dispatch readiness, maintain records, and support timely order fulfillment by collaborating with suppliers, logistics, and marketing.

Qualifications

• Coordinate & complete production against targeted business priorities from a Third party organisation without compromising on Quality.
• Ensure production targets are met and customer orders are fulfilled on time.
• Check RM and packaging availability to ensure smooth production.

Responsibilities

• KRA1 To achieve Production targets as required by Market To ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time.
• KRA2 To check for RM, Packaging availability. To ensure required smooth production. RM, Packaging is available for
• KRA3 To ensure vehicle availability for dispatch To coordinate with Marketing, Transporter to ensure material is delivered on time to customer.
• KRA4 To maintain all Records of Production done. To ensure all Reports are maintained and filed.
