Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing industry with expertise in forgings (cold forging), fasteners, or similar products.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing engineering principles including production planning & control systems.
• Excellent team leadership skills with ability to develop high-performing teams through coaching & mentoring.
