Job summary

WOW Softech in Hisar is seeking an AGM – Plant Head with 15–20 years of experience to lead all plant operations in a stainless steel manufacturing facility (sheets, coils, pipes, tubes, long/flat products). You will drive safe, efficient, cost-effective production and coordinate production, maintenance, quality, planning and EHS to meet targets.

The role demands strong leadership, knowledge of lean, TPM, Six Sigma, and compliance with statutory requirements, focusing on uptime, inventory

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale steel/metal manufacturing operations.
• Deep knowledge of Lean/ TPM/Six Sigma principles.
• Strong focus on safety, quality & cost control.

Responsibilities

• The AGM – Plant Head will be responsible for the overall management of plant operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing while meeting production, quality, delivery, and profitability targets.
