Elcon Banshu Wiring System in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking an experienced Plant Operations leader to manage production planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality automotive wiring harnesses. You will oversee manufacturing, ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance while driving efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in Plant Operations in auto ancillary preferred.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 18-28 years of experience in Plant Operations or related field (Auto ancillary industry preferred).
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree from a recognized institution (Any specialization).
• Strong understanding of PPC (Product Planning & Control), SAP systems, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) principles.
