• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Production, Mechanical, or related field; advanced qualifications in operations or management are an advantage.
• Knowledge of safety standards, regulatory compliance, and modern manufacturing practices such as Lean, 5S, or TPM is beneficial.

Role Description The Plant Head is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Gajraula, responsible for overseeing end-to-end plant operations.
