Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end plant operations, including production, maintenance, utilities, and operational planning.
• Ensure achievement of production targets, operational efficiency, and on-time delivery.
• Monitor plant performance, optimize manufacturing costs, and improve productivity.
• Ensure compliance with EHS standards, applicable statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering, Supply Chain, Stores, and other departments.
• Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, waste reduction, and operational excellence.
• Ensure effective manpower planning, team development, and performance management.
• Maintain equipment reliability and coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Implement systems to minimize downtime, reduce process losses, and improve plant profitability.
• Lead internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of corrective and preventive actions.
