The role includes reviewing books, financial statements, ledgers, and controlling working capital, inventory, and procurement costs to support informed decision-making.

• Cash flow projections and management of fund requirements.
• Inventory levels, stock movement, ageing, valuation, and control.
• Working capital planning across receivables, payables, inventory.

Job description

Role & responsibilities:

• MIS Preparation & Reporting Preparation and analysis of periodic MIS reports, financial performance reports, and management dashboards.
• Costing & Cost Analysis – Preparation and review of costing sheets, cost analysis, and monitoring of actual costs against budgets.
• Books & Financial Review – Review of books of accounts, financial statements, ledgers, and accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Budget Preparation & Monitoring – Preparation of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and monitoring of actual performance against budget.
• Cash Flow Projection & Management – Preparation of cash flow projections, monitoring fund requirements, and ensuring effective cash flow management.
• Inventory Management – Monitoring inventory levels, stock movement, ageing, valuation, and implementing effective inventory control measures.
• Working Capital Management – Planning and management of working capital, including receivables, payables, inventory, and overall fund utilization.
