Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Vizag seeks a Planning Manager for Data Center projects to lead scheduling, risk management and handover readiness.

The role focuses on coordinating across MEP, BMS, IT, civil and vendors, tracking progress, forecasting resources and delivering dashboards and MIS reports to support decision making.

You will mentor project teams and ensure adherence to budgets, timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data centre projects and 12+ years total experience.
• Experience using MSP project scheduling software.
• End-to-end delivery of at least 3 data centres.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and control the project schedule from mobilization to handover.
• Track progress against baseline and manage critical path with recovery plans.
• Coordinate with MEP, BMS, IT, civil and vendor teams for milestones.
• Lead resource forecasting, long-lead material planning and commissioning readiness.
