Job summary

AKASA AIR GROUP is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Planning professional in Mumbai. The role requires planning and scheduling maintenance activities and maintaining technical records to ensure airworthiness.

The position reports to the Planning Manager and entails coordination with MROs, CAMO, and hangar teams to optimize aircraft utilization and compliance with maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CAMO functions.
• Aircraft maintenance engineering concepts.
• Graduate or AME Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Managing planning activities through Maintenance Program implementation.
• Continuing airworthiness data verification & AMOS management.
• CAMO cross domain exposure based on performance.
• External representation.
• Forecasting and tracking required maintenance activities.
• Planning and accomplishment of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities including selection of MRO, execution of maintenance contracts, hangar visit plans.
• Ensuring optimum utilization of each aircraft is planned, monitored and achieved.
• Ensuring that tools, spares, consumables etc. are preloaded for line and base checks.
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by Planning Manager.

Salary Grade - Officer

Job Position Summary - Accountable for planning and scheduling the maintenance activities, maintaining the technical records.
