Job summary

• NICMAR or related Postgraduate qualification preferred.
• 6–8 years in project planning, scheduling, monitoring and controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules across real estate/construction projects.
• Monitor progress against schedules; identify critical path and risks.
• Recommend corrective actions and recovery plans to meet timelines.
• Prepare and track dashboards, MIS, progress reports and management presentations.
• Collect, validate, and consolidate weekly/fortnightly progress updates from sites and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and close out action items.
• Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Contracts, Construction, Finance and PM teams.
• Analyze productivity trends and project performance data for decision support.
• Visit sites to review progress and validate schedules.

Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented planning professional to support project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control across real estate/construction projects. The role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to drive project timelines through effective planning and reporting mechanisms.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring realistic planning and timely execution of project milestones.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules, identify critical path activities, and highlight potential delays and risks.
• Recommend corrective actions, recovery plans, and schedule optimization measures to achieve project timelines.
• Prepare and track project dashboards, MIS reports, progress reports, and management presentations.
• Collect, validate, and consolidate weekly/fortnightly progress updates from project sites and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular project review meetings, track action items, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and ensure timely closure of identified concerns.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Design, Procurement, Contracts, Construction, Finance, and Project Management to facilitate project delivery.
• Analyze productivity trends, resource utilization, project performance metrics, and key project data to support decision-making.
• Support management with project status updates, forecasts, and risk assessments.
• Visit project sites as required to review progress, validate schedules, and resolve planning-related challenges.
• Develop a strong understanding of the project lifecycle, from approvals and design development through execution, handover, and closeout.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, planning methodologies, and emerging construction technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (DCE/BE Civil)
• NICMAR or Postgraduate qualification in Construction Management preferred

Experience

• 6 to 8 years of experience in Project Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring, and Controls within the Construction or Real Estate industry.
• Prior site execution experience of 24 years will be an added advantage.
• Experience across residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments preferred.
