Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in supply planning.
• Understanding of supply chain.
• Ability to analyze data with spreadsheets, R, Python, and AI tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Self-starter with ability to work in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supply planning of high growth categories.
• Own planning metrics and balance inventory costs with catalogue availability on Licious platform.
• Prepare business cases for new charters to improve availability or inventory efficiency.
• Implement charters with Category, Logistics, Production and Sourcing.
• Design and execute policies to streamline tactical processes of inventory deployment.
• Design and implementing dashboards to bring visibility and improve deployment performance.
• Define scalable automation solutions to help manage day-to-day planning processes.
• Work closely with tech/product teams to translate these automation solutions into long term fixes.

What makes the role meaty?

• Responsible for supply planning of high growth categories
• Objective of the role is to take ownership of all planning metrics and balance the cost aspects of inventory with the customer’s expectations of catalogue availability on Licious platform. This would involve -
• Preparing business cases for new charters to improve availability or improve inventory efficiency; and aligning leadership for the same
• Implementing such charters by driving initiatives along with various stakeholders in Category, Logistics, Production and Sourcing
• Designing and executing policies, norms to streamline tactical processes of inventory deployment
• Designing and implementing the right metrics/ dashboards to bring visibility and continuously improve deployment performance
• Define scalable automation solutions to help manage day-to-day planning processes
• Work closely with tech/product teams to translate these automation solutions into long term fixes

We hope that you have

• 1+ yrs of experience in supply planning
• Understanding of supply chain
• Ability to work with data Spreadsheets/ R/ python and AI tools for doing daily analysis, and PPT/data studio / Power BI for presentation of analysis
• Prior experience in working with large data sets and statistically interpreting it from a business point of view
• Strong ability to articulate analysis into a business story
• Bias of action and passion to bring in structural changes
• Self starter & willing to work in dynamic and ambiguous scenarios
• Strong Communication and stakeholder management of highest degree possible
• Team management and people skills - Execution focused
• Ability to work like an entrepreneur with minimum hand holding
• Customer-first approach in solving any problems; Ability to quantify the risk to customer metrics for any decision/approach
