Job summary

Mercer, a global leader in human capital services, seeks a detail-oriented professional to support US retirement client operations from Gurugram. You will process transactions, ensure SLA targets, and collaborate with onshore teams to deliver accurate pension and disbursement administration.

This role emphasizes quality, compliance, and process improvements, with opportunities to mentor new hires and contribute to SOP updates.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any stream.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience.
• Strong command on MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good analytical and research skills, attention to details.

The incumbent in this role will ensure world-class service delivery to the US clients globally. This position is responsible for various professional activities, including processing transactions, administration of Pension plans and Disbursements. The role will focus on –

• Processing and Quality check
• Effective communication with US teams
• Maintaining the required Productivity% and CU%
• Process Improvement/ELVA
• Meeting all the process SLAs external and internal (98% Accuracy and 100% TAT)
• Adherence to Process SOPs/Guidelines
• Effective utilization of available time
• Adherence to calendar for client calls
• Support compliance and audit requirements, completion of mandatory/recommended trainings
• Applicants should be flexible working in nights
