Job summary

O P Jindal Global University (JGU) is seeking a Placement & Corporate Partnerships professional to identify and develop corporate partnerships that facilitate student placements and internships across its eleven schools in Sonipat. The role focuses on building relationships with companies, maintaining placement data, and coordinating industry interactions to enhance career opportunities for students.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from a recognised institution.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in placements, corporate relations, or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of industry trends, hiring practices, and employer expectations.
• Excellent networking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with corporate partners and industry stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop corporate partnerships to facilitate student placements and internship opportunities for JSBF, JSJC, JSGP, JSIA, JSPC, JSAA, JSPH, JSES, JSLH and JIBS.
• Build and strengthen relationships with companies and recruiters to enhance campus hiring initiatives at JGU.
• Maintain and regularly update placement and internship data for the assigned School with accuracy and consistency.
• Cultivate relationships with industry professionals to support guest lectures, industry interactions, and career engagement activities.
• Track, monitor, and analyze placement and internship outcomes, including job offers and hiring trends.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation related to placement and internship activities.
• Collaborate with faculty and students to design and implement placement and career development initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with students regarding opportunities, updates, and activities organized by the Office of Career Services (OCS).
