Job summary

SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) is seeking a Placement Executive in Mumbai to manage and coordinate all placement-related activities for students. • MBA (2-year full-time) in Marketing / Human Resources from a leading national or international management school.
• Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent GPA from a recognized university.
• Certifications in Marketing, HR, Talent Management, or Leadership will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end placement activities for students.
• Identify students’ employment interests and provide career guidance support.
• Liaise with corporate organizations for internships, live projects, and placements.
• Represent the institution at professional, corporate, and career planning forums.
• Coordinate with students, faculty in-charge, and placement committees for smooth execution of placement processes.
• Organise and manage campus recruitment drives and interviews.
• Prepare placement brochures, reports, and presentations in collaboration with student committees.
• Maintain and update placement databases and records.
• Facilitate lateral and final placements for students.
• Visit industries to build and strengthen industry partnerships.
• Develop industry interfaces for training programs, CEO series, corporate projects, and industry visits.

Professional Experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing and Human Resources.
• Experience in the education sector/institutions or service sector will be preferred.
• Prior placement experience at Institutes of National/International repute will be an added advantage
