Job summary

Knowledge Park in Hyderabad (Jadcherla) seeks a Placement Executive to manage all placement-related activities for students, build corporate partnerships, and oversee campus recruitment processes.

You will coordinate with faculty and placement committees, organize drives and interviews, prepare reports, and guide students in career planning and employment opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree (2 years full-time) in Marketing / Human Resources from a reputed institution or a recognized university.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with corporate organizations for internships, live projects, and placements
• Represent the institution at professional, corporate, and career planning forums

• Prepare placement brochures, reports, and presentations in collaboration with student committees
• Maintain and update placement databases and records
• Facilitate lateral and final placements for students
• Visit industries to build and strengthen industry partnerships
• Develop industry interfaces for training programs, CEO series, corporate projects, and industry visits

Educational Qualification

• Master s Degree (2 years full-time) in Marketing / Human Resources from a reputed institution or a recognized university

Professional Experience

• 7 years of experience in marketing
• Experience in the education sector/institutions or service sector will be preferred.
• Prior placement experience at Institutes of National/International repute will be an added advantage
