Job summary

Qualifications

• 15–25 years of experience in placement or corporate relations.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

• Should act as a brand ambassador between institute and corporate relations.
• Collaborate with academic departments to understand students’ skills and career interests.
• Organize career fairs, recruitment drives, and other placement-related events.

• Facilitate communication between students, alumni, and potential employers.
• Track placement data and generate reports on placement statistics.
• Provide post-placement support to students and employers.
• Stay updated on market trends to align student training with industry demands.
• Work closely with HR departments of partner industries to streamline hiring processes.
• Foster a collaborative environment for students, faculty, and industry representatives.
• Should have strong knowledge and hands on experience in MS office like Excel and power point presentations
