Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of building construction projects, including planning, design, execution, and completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, and legal regulations throughout the project.
• Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that may cause delays or budget overruns.
• Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services, ensuring cost-efficiency and timely delivery.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and regulatory authorities.
• Review and approve project documentation, contracts, change orders, and invoices.
• Identify potential risks and proactively implement solutions to prevent issues that could impact project timelines or quality.
• Ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standards, within the agreed timeline and budget.
