Job summary

• Build and maintain strong relationships with IT companies hiring for SAP, Data Science, AI, and other IT streams.
• Coordinate with training teams to match candidates with suitable job openings.
• Guide students on resumes, interviews, and career direction.
• Maintain accurate placement records and achieve placement targets.
• Build strong corporate connections and drive placement activities.
• CROs (Career Relationship Officers) with proven placement records are highly preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree (HR, IT, or related fields preferred).
• Experience in placements, recruitment, or business development.
• Strong network in SAP hiring (FICO, MM, PP, ABAP, SCM, HCM, etc.) and the IT market.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven and target-oriented.

Preferred

• CRO (Career Relationship Officer) experience highly preferred.
• Fluency in English & Tamil.
• Experience in SAP / IT Placement.
• Proficiency with job portals and LinkedIn outreach.
