Job summary

Wipro in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Technical Trainer to become an expert in Entrust PKI, authentication and security technologies. The role focuses on delivering hands-on training to customers, employees and partners, and developing comprehensive learning materials.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of experience in technical instruction and a solid background in network security, AWS and desktop publishing tools. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• College or University Degree in the IT/Technical field or related discipline or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with training tools, systems, course generation and delivery
• Minimum of 5–10 years as a technical instructor/trainer
• 5–10 years delivering classroom-based training to highly technical audiences
• Desirable experience delivering web-based training through Webex or other online conferencing tools
• Experience developing learning materials for classroom delivery including needs assessment
• Experience with desktop publishing tools including Adobe Captivate and Adobe Acrobat
• Solid knowledge of concepts related to network security
• Experience with AWS, AMI and Security Groups
• Excellent organization and communication skills (written and spoken)
• Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work with minimal direction
• Previous experience with developing testing questions
• Experience with Windows; Linux/Unix is a plus
• Experience with AWS, LDAP and Microsoft Active Directory is a plus
• Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate and WebEx Training or similar tools are a plus
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus

• Install and configure Entrust and third-party products to ensure the appropriate technical environment for course exercises
• Serve as a subject matter expert to customers, employees and partners
• Track and record participant registration, payments and course completion
• Maintain enrollment and training portal

We are currently looking for aTechnicalTrainerto join our training team. This position will be based in our Bengaluru location and will report to theSenior Director of Professional Services.

Position Summary: This role will challenge the successful candidate to become anexpert in the Entrust public-key infrastructure, authentication, HSM technologies. Candidates should have a proven ability to transfer knowledge to training participants through strong communication and training skills.

Senior Technical Trainer
