Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Pitch Deck Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The Pitch Deck Executive will be responsible for conceptualizing, structuring, and designing investor‑ready pitch decks for startups and MSMEs across diverse sectors. This role includes gathering and analyzing client business data, market research, and financial information to craft clear narratives and compelling investment stories. The Pitch Deck Executive will collaborate closely with founders, internal strategy and fundraising teams to refine value propositions, business models, and go‑to‑market plans. Daily tasks include preparing presentation materials, creating visual assets, iterating decks based on feedback, and ensuring brand consistency and clarity in all deliverables. The role may also involve supporting related investor collateral such as one‑pagers, teaser decks, and summary documents.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation and design skills using tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Ability to analyze business models, market data, and financial information to translate them into clear, investor‑focused narratives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on concise storytelling and structuring information logically.
• Attention to detail in layout, formatting, visual hierarchy, and consistency across pitch decks and related materials.
• Familiarity with startup and fundraising concepts such as TAM/SAM/SOM, unit economics, traction metrics, and competitive analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work closely with founders, ask the right questions, and incorporate feedback efficiently.
• Ability to work on‑site in Ahmedabad and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced, startup‑focused environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; relevant experience in consulting, investment, or design‑focused roles is an advantage.
• Prior experience creating investor decks, pitch presentations, or strategy documents for startups or MSMEs is highly preferred.
