Qualifications

• Advanced PowerPoint proficiency—mastery of slide design, formatting, layout, animations, transitions, SmartArt, charts, templates; able to deliver polished, brand‑aligned presentations from scratch or using provided inputs.
• Business storytelling—convert complex business strategies, financial data, and abstract ideas into structured and engaging visual narratives; highlight key messages and drive clarity in executive presentations and pitch decks.
• Visual design sense—strong grasp of design principles, layout, color theory, typography, balance, and hierarchy to ensure presentations are visually appealing, consistent, and easy to follow.
• Basic graphic editing skills with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop (plus).
• Data visualization—present data using charts, graphs, and infographics; transform Excel data into visual elements that enhance understanding and support business decisions.
• Attention to detail—high accuracy in formatting, grammar, consistency, and visual alignment; ensure all materials are error‑free and reflect the highest standards of professionalism.
• Content structuring—organize content logically across slides, build impactful introductions, body content, and conclusions to support clear messaging flow.
• Cross‑functional collaboration—work with leadership teams, department heads, and stakeholders to gather, interpret, and refine presentation content; incorporate feedback and adapt to changing priorities.
• Time and project management—manage multiple assignments and deadlines quickly and efficiently; work under pressure and deliver high‑quality outputs within tight timelines.
• Communication skills—excellent verbal and written communication.
