Senior Graphic & Presentation Designer

About The Role

We're looking for a highly skilled Graphic & Presentation Designer who brings strong visual design craft and deep experience in building executive presentations. You'll create graphics, illustrations, infographics, and visual assets that bring our ideas to life, and apply that design strength to produce polished, high-impact decks for C-level executives, including keynote presentations, industry and thought-leadership decks, board and investor materials, and business presentations.

This role is for a designer with an outstanding eye for graphics who also understands that a great presentation isn't just beautiful, it's clear, persuasive, and easy to follow. A strong portfolio covering both graphic design and presentations is essential.

What You'll Do

• Create standout graphics. Design custom illustrations, icons, infographics, diagrams, and visual assets that are original, on-brand, and communicate ideas at a glance.
• Design high-impact presentations. Build visually compelling decks for C-level, board, investor, keynote, and client audiences, often under tight timelines.
• Turn complexity into clarity. Transform dense content, data, and rough notes into clean layouts, frameworks, and visual stories that land with senior audiences.
• Shape the visual storyline. Work with content owners to structure the narrative, sharpen headlines, and ensure every slide and graphic has a clear purpose.
• Visualize data. Design clear, accurate charts, tables, and dashboards that make numbers easy to understand.
• Own visual consistency. Develop and maintain slide masters, templates, icon and illustration libraries, and design guidelines that keep all materials consistent with the brand.
• Support broader design needs. Create visuals for reports, one-pagers, event materials, social media, and marketing collateral as needed.
• Manage multiple requests. Juggle several projects at once, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality work on deadline.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in graphic design, with significant hands-on experience in presentation design, ideally in consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or an agency/in-house design team.
• Exceptional graphic design skills, including illustration, iconography, infographics, and layout, with a strong command of typography, color, grid systems, hierarchy, and whitespace.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; Figma experience is a plus.
• Expert-level PowerPoint skills, including slide masters, custom layouts, animations, and efficient formatting techniques; familiarity with Google Slides and Keynote is a plus.
• Proven experience creating decks for C-level executives, including conference and event keynotes, industry and market-perspective decks, and business presentations for board, investor, and leadership audiences.
• An extensive portfolio showcasing both graphic design work and executive-level presentations (required with application).
• Ability to understand business content and translate it into a logical, compelling visual story.
• Meticulous attention to detail and consistency.
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders, taking feedback well, and turning revisions around quickly.
• Exposure to creating or editing product demo videos (e.g., screen recordings, motion graphics, or explainer videos using tools like Camtasia, Premiere Pro, or After Effects) is a plus.
• Experience with AI-assisted design tools is a plus.
