Maestro Headhunters is seeking a Piping Stress Engineer with proficiency in CAESAR II/AutoPIPE to perform stress analyses and support piping systems design.

The role requires a B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and at least 2 years of experience, with strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to work with global teams.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in piping stress analysis/engineering.
• Hands-on experience with CAESAR II and/or AutoPIPE software.
• Good understanding of piping flexibility analysis and stress calculations.
• Willingness to collaborate with global and cross-functional teams.

• Design and evaluate pipe support systems, including anchors and restraints.
• Review customer piping system requirements and provide technically suitable engineering solutions.
• Prepare and review piping stress analysis reports and engineering documentation.
• Support product development and improvement initiatives related to piping systems.
• Provide technical assistance to internal sales and engineering teams.
• Participate in technical discussions, customer meetings, and engineering seminars when required.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Piping Stress Analysis / Piping Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with CAESAR II and/or AutoPIPE software.
• Good understanding of piping flexibility analysis and stress calculations.
• Knowledge of thermal expansion, sustained loads, occasional loads, anchor loads, and pipe support design.
• Exposure to industrial piping systems, process piping, or mechanical engineering projects will be an advantage.
