Responsibilities

• Perform stress analysis for WHP, fixed and process platforms, FPSOs.

• Ensure piping design, supports and SP items adhere to ASME codes and project specs.
• Provide stress analysis reports containing calculations for each piping system.

Piping Stress Engineer Title: Piping Stress Engineer KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.

Candidate will be part of a Team of Piping Discipline involved in Oil and gas Offshore- Well head platform/FIXED /process platform/Tie-in Platform/FPSO Responsibilities: Experience in Stress analysis for -WHP/FIXED//PROCESS PLATFORMS/FPSO Carry out the necessary calculations to ensure that all loading conditions, which May be experienced by a piping system, are considered and catered for, within the design. Ensure that piping systems comply fully with the stress analysis requirements specified Issue approved stress isometrics for critical lines as required. Prepare stress calculations and nozzle loads summaries demonstrating Code compliance and prepare a Stress Analysis Report containing calculations and Information for each piping system analyzed (when required by the Client). Confirm that the design of piping, pipe supports, and piping mechanical special piping (SP) items are in accordance with the requirements of the applicable ASME codes, industry standards and all applicable project, client and Company procedures and specifications.
