Job Description

As a Section Head - Piping Design Engineering, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience. Timely completion of design, requisitions, and engineering deliverables. Discipline, operation and efficiency of Discipline. Adherence to Dept. / Discipline Working Instructions and QMS Manual. Allocation of proper personnel to projects and proposals. Overview of work progress and work-hour usage. Staff recruitment, development, and administration. Working within company budgets Quality Policy, Core Values and Objectives Discipline Management Staffing / Human Resources Budget / Planning Documentation Measurement and Performance Proposals / Business Development Client Liaison Technical Participation Approve all design and project work- hours estimates for Proposals/Projects before submission to the Sales, whenever required. Provide technical expertise to other design disciplines as necessary. Investigate, analyze, and implement systems, and methods to improve efficiency and accuracy.
