Job Requirements
6 to 12 years of hands‑on experience in Piping Stress Analysis (Static and Dynamic) with Detailed Design in Pipe Engineering from Accessory systems of Power Plant projects
Excellent experience in pipe stress analysis tools such as AutoPIPE/CAESAR II and in reviewing 3D tools like Navisworks and NX‑UG
Ability to develop and present a stress analysis report
Experience with ASME Code and Standards
Good experience in selecting supports in analysis
Extensive understanding of schematics (P&ID) and device summary settings for Gas Turbine Accessories Systems (e.g., air systems – inlet bleed, heating, cooling & sealing air; fuel systems – liquid + gas; oil systems; water systems)
Very good experience in piping, tubing, and all associated fittings and valves, as well as plant layout drawings (GA, plot plan)
Very good understanding of supplier/vendor (client) drawings
Demonstrated ownership and decision‑making of the design, considering cost and feasibility in manufacturing and fabrication
Served as primary interface with customers and implemented design requirements, changes, analysis, and verification of each task
Planned tasks, executed, and delivered on time, with cost‑effective and quality outcomes
Excellent coordination skills with cross‑functional teams such as customers (tech leads, chief engineers), suppliers, civil, and electrical teams
Engineers should have confidence with autonomy to deliver as the work package is critical
