Job summary

Voxe in India is seeking a PIM Functional Technical Consultant specialized in Syndigo to lead end-to-end product data management initiatives. You will own requirements gathering, solution design, and technical implementation for PIM systems, ensuring governance and seamless integration with ERP, DAM, and eCommerce.

You will conduct workshops, define governance and approval processes, and develop functional specs aligned with KPIs.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of product data lifecycle, taxonomy design, and governance.
• Strong domain knowledge in Retail eCommerce catalog management.
• Experience in business process mapping and translating requirements into functional specs.
• Hands-on expertise in PIM platform Syndigo.
• Knowledge of API development, integration, and data migration strategies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as end-to-end PIM subject matter expert and own requirement gathering.
• Bridge business and tech to ensure data governance and seamless integrations.
• Design PIM configurations, workflows, and data models.
• Develop and validate API-based integrations with ERP, DAM, eCommerce.
• Guide environment setup and CI/CD pipelines for PIM configurations.
• Perform data migration planning and troubleshooting.
