You will own end-to-end program planning across Design, Build, Data Migration, Testing, Cutover, and Hypercare for regional waves, chair governance

Qualifikationen

• Deep expertise in Java and Informatica Product 360 and Informatica ActiveVOS.
• Experience leading end-to-end programs across regions (US, EU, RoW).
• Strong governance, RACI clarity, and executive reporting skills.
• Budgeting, resourcing, and risk management experience.

• Own the end-to-end program plan and delivery across all phases for each regional wave.
• Chair governance cadence with weekly reviews, monthly steering, and quarterly executive updates.
• Track critical-path dependencies and sign-offs with named owners and mitigation plans.
• Manage program-level risk, issue management, and delivery-excellence style risk register.
• Oversee budget, resourcing, and commercial tracking against baselines.
• Oversee change management alignment, training adoption, and communications for Unilever readiness.
• Lead cutover governance and data synchronization across legacy and new platforms.
• Serve as primary escalation point and executive relationship owner with Unilever sponsors.

Job Summary

Serve as a senior architect with deep expertise in Java and Informatica Product 360 and Informatica Active VOS to design secure and scalable solutions for enterprise data and product information. Collaborate across IT business support and IT security functions in a hybrid work model to ensure resilient systems that protect data and deliver consistent value to customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end program plan and delivery across all phases (Design Build Data Migration Testing Cutover Hypercare) for each regional wave managing the sequential rollout dependency (US - EU - RoW).

Chair and run the governance cadence - weekly delivery reviews monthly steering and quarterly executive sponsor updates -with clear RACI across Cognizant Unilever and platform partner (Salsify/Syndigo) teams.

Track and elevate critical-path dependencies outside direct control -SAP BTP readiness GAPI availability retailer/partner sign-offs -with named owners and mitigation plans.

Own program-level risk and issue management including the Delivery Excellence-style risk register (migration complexity parallel-run/coexistence support transition performance validation).

Manage overall budget resourcing and commercial tracking against the proposed cost/effort baseline flagging scope or estimate deviations early.

Oversee business change management alignment -training adoption roadmap and communications -ensuring Unilever business readiness tracks with technical go-live milestones.

• Lead cutover governance: parallel-run strategy data synchronization between legacy P360 and new PXM platform decommissioning sequencing and support handover as each region transitions.

Serve as the primary point of escalation and executive-level relationship owner with Unilever program sponsors.
