Job summary

Autobahn Trucking Corporation is seeking a diligent Picker/Packer for BharatBenz Genuine Parts Warehouse in Bhiwandi, near Mumbai. You will handle, pick, pack and dispatch spare parts for trucks and buses to dealers, service centers and customers across Western India.

Responsibilities include verifying part numbers against the BharatBenz DMS, packing with appropriate materials, labeling and barcode scanning, and supporting 5S housekeeping and inventory control in the warehouse.

• Update GRN, delivery challans and dispatch records in system.
• Coordinate with Parts Counter, Logistics and Transport for on-time dispatch.
• Report damaged, short, or wrong parts immediately to Warehouse Incharge.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Picker/Packer to support our BharatBenz Genuine Parts Warehouse at Bhiwandi.

The role involves handling, picking, packing and dispatch of BharatBenz Commercial Vehicle - Trucks & Buses spare parts to ensure timely delivery to dealerships, service centers and customers across Western India.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Picking & Packing
   • Pick parts from warehouse racks as per system-generated pick lists / invoices
   • Verify part numbers, quantity & condition against BharatBenz DMS before packing
   • Pack parts safely using proper packaging material to avoid damage during transit
   • Labeling & Barcode scanning for inward/outward tracking
2. Warehouse & Inventory Support
   • Inward Handling: Unload, check, and bin genuine BharatBenz parts received from Pune Regional PLC & OEM
   • Outward Dispatch: Prepare consignments for dealers, service workshops & customers
   • Maintain 5S & Housekeeping in warehouse area - clean, organized and safe
   • Stock Movement Support: Assist in cycle counting, binning, and inventory reconciliation
3. Documentation & Coordination
   • Update GRN, Delivery Challans, and Dispatch records in system
   • Coordinate with Parts Counter, Logistics & Transport team for on-time dispatch
   • Report any damaged, short, or wrong parts immediately to Warehouse Incharge
