Job summary

Role Description The Physiotherapist is a full-time, on-site role based at ReLife Development Centre for Children & Adults in Vadodara. The role involves assessing children and adults with diverse physical, developmental, and neurological needs, and developing individualized physiotherapy plans to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and functional independence. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed evaluations, delivering therapy sessions, monitoring progress, updating treatment plans, and maintaining accurate clinical records. The Physiotherapist will collaborate closely with speech therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, special educators, and families to ensure integrated, goal-oriented care. The role also includes educating caregivers on home-based exercise programs, participating in multidisciplinary case discussions, and contributing to community awareness or training initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Formal education in Physiotherapy (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent) and current eligibility to practice as a Physiotherapist.
• Demonstrated skills in pediatric and adult physiotherapy assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions for developmental, neurological, and orthopedic conditions.
• Ability to design and implement individualized exercise programs, functional rehabilitation plans, and sensory-motor activities focused on mobility, balance, strength, and coordination.
• Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, adults, families, and a multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Good documentation and organizational skills, including maintaining clinical notes, progress reports, and outcome measures with attention to detail.
• Capacity to work full-time on site in Vadodara, with a compassionate, ethical, and inclusive approach to care.
• Prior experience in a rehabilitation, child development, or multidisciplinary clinical setting is preferred.
• Continuous learning mindset, openness to evidence-based practices, and participation in trainings or professional development activities.
