Role Description

The Physiotherapist will provide evidence-informed assessment and treatment for clients with musculoskeletal, sports-related, and movement-related conditions in an on-site clinical setting in Tiruchirappalli. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting thorough physical evaluations, designing individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans, and guiding clients through exercise-based and manual therapy interventions. The role involves educating clients about pain, movement, and recovery using clear, relatable language, and encouraging self-management strategies that build confidence and reduce fear. The Physiotherapist will document clinical findings, monitor progress, collaborate with other healthcare professionals when needed, and contribute to a supportive, learning-focused environment. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Relevant professional qualification in Physiotherapy (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) and valid registration or eligibility to register with the appropriate professional body.
• Strong skills in musculoskeletal assessment, manual therapy, and exercise prescription, with the ability to design individualized rehabilitation programs.
• Capability to explain pain science and movement concepts in simple, non-technical language, and to provide clear, empathetic education that supports client understanding and confidence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening, rapport building, and a client-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work independently in a clinical setting, manage a varied caseload, and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
