Job summary

Purview Services is seeking a qualified physiotherapist to conduct patient assessments, develop individualized rehabilitation plans, and deliver evidence-based treatments. The role involves managing orthopedic, neurological, and sports-related cases, monitoring progress, and adjusting plans accordingly.

The candidate will educate patients and caregivers, maintain records, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid registration with the applicable state/country physiotherapy council where required.
• 1–6 years of relevant experience depending on the position.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics and rehabilitation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and evaluate physical conditions, mobility, strength, flexibility, and functional limitations.
• Develop individualized physiotherapy and rehabilitation treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy and other treatment techniques.
• Treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, sports-related, post-operative, and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, posture, mobility, ergonomics and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate patient records and progress reports.
• Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
• Assist patients with mobility training, gait training and functional rehabilitation.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of physiotherapy equipment.
• Maintain patient safety, hygiene and professional standards during treatment.
• Provide home exercise programs and guidance for continued recovery.
• Participate in health camps and rehabilitation initiatives as required.
