Additional programs such as oral-motor therapy, reflex integration, hemispheric integration exercises, and Brain Gym exercises are designed to improve motor, sensory, and cognitive functions. Brain Tree also provides cognitive therapy, early intervention programs, special education, yoga therapy, massage therapy, and manual therapy to deliver holistic care. The team works collaboratively across disciplines to create individualized treatment plans for each child.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based at Brain Tree Child Development Centre in Chennai. The Physiotherapist will assess children with neurodevelopmental delays, design individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy focused on improving motor skills, functional mobility, posture, and balance. The role involves collaborating closely with occupational therapists, speech therapists, special educators, and caregivers to ensure coordinated, goal-oriented interventions. Daily tasks include conducting standardized assessments, documenting progress, adjusting therapy plans based on outcomes, and educating families on home exercise programs and positioning techniques. The Physiotherapist will also participate in early intervention programs, contribute to multidisciplinary case discussions, and support awareness or training sessions as needed.
