Job summary

Randstad in Bengaluru is seeking a qualified physiotherapist to conduct assessments and design individualized rehab plans, with a strong emphasis on osteo-rehabilitation and post-surgical recovery.

You will deliver hands-on therapy sessions, collaborate with physicians, track progress in EMR, and educate patients and families on home programs. This role requires onsite availability, Monday to Saturday, and registration with the physiotherapy council.

Qualifications

• Master's in Physiotherapy (MPT), preferably with orthopedics/musculoskeletal focus.
• Experience in osteo-rehabilitation including joint, bone or post-surgical recovery.
• Valid physiotherapy council registration.
• Strong communication skills to counsel patients and families.
• Willingness to work onsite, Monday to Saturday.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct physiotherapy assessments and design individualized rehab plans, with a focus on osteo-rehabilitation (joint replacement, fractures, osteoarthritis, post-surgical recovery)
• Deliver hands-on therapy sessions manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, mobility training, and pain management
• Work closely with physicians and the broader care team to align rehab goals with each member's overall treatment plan
• Track patient progress, document sessions in the EMR, and adjust care plans based on outcomes
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and self-management
• Support group or functional training sessions where relevant

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Masters in Physiotherapy (MPT), preferably with an Orthopedics/Musculoskeletal specialization
• Demonstrated experience in osteo-rehabilitation — joint, bone, or post-surgical recovery
• Valid physiotherapy council registration
• Strong communication skills to counsel patients and families through recovery
• Comfortable working full onsite shifts, Monday to Saturday
