Responsibilities

• Conduct on-ground classes as per the curriculum.
• Report to Sportz Village HQ on program coverage, teacher feedback and areas for improvement.
• Prepare for the next day’s lesson plans.
• Check props and equipment and maintain stock.
• Participate in other activities to improve the program quality.
• Report weekly to the principal/coordinator and obtain signatures on log books.
• Address queries from the school about the program and participate in PTMs with parents.

JD of Trainer

1. The Trainer will have to conduct on-ground Classes as per the curriculum
2. He or She has to report to the Sportz Village Schools HQ on program coverage, teacher feedback and specific areas that can help improve the quality of the physical education and sports experience for all the children.
3. He or she has to prepare for the next days lesson plans.
4. Keep a check on the props and equipment and maintain the stock well
5. He or she will have to participate in other activities that the Sportz Village Schools plans in order to improve the quality of the program
6. Report about the classes being held on a weekly basis to the school principal or designated coordinator and get their signatures on the log book.
7. He or she will have to address all the queries raised by school regarding the Sportz Village Schools program and has to participate in PTMs and showcase the Sportz Village Schools program to parents.
