Job summary

Sportz Village Schools is seeking a Full-time Physical Education Teacher to conduct on-ground classes in Pune per the curriculum. The role requires reporting to HQ on program coverage, teacher feedback, and areas for improvement, plus preparing daily lesson plans and maintaining equipment stock.

The candidate should have BPEd/MPEd, 0–4 years of experience, and strong English communication, with willingness to work with Pre-Primary kids. This is a full-time position based in Pune.

Qualifications

• BPEd or MPEd required.
• 0–4 years teaching experience.
• Willing to work with Pre-Primary kids.
• Proficient in English communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-ground classes as per curriculum.
• Report to HQ on program coverage, teacher feedback and areas to improve the program quality.
• Prepare lesson plans for the next day.
• Maintain stock of props and equipment; manage stock levels.
• Participate in other activities to improve the program quality.
• Report weekly to the principal/coordinator and obtain signatures in logbook.
• Address school queries and participate in PTMs and showcase the program to parents.

JD of Trainer

1. The Trainer will have to conduct on-ground Classes as per the curriculum
2. He or She has to report to the Sportz Village Schools HQ on program coverage, teacher feedback and specific areas that can help improve the quality of the physical education and sports experience for all the children.
3. He or she has to prepare for the next days lesson plans.
4. Keep a check on the props and equipment and maintain the stock well
5. He or she will have to participate in other activities that the Sportz Village Schools plans in order to improve the quality of the program
6. Report about the classes being held on a weekly basis to the school principal or designated coordinator and get their signatures on the logbook.
7. He or she will have to address all the queries raised by school regarding the Sportz Village Schools program and has to participate in PTMs and showcase the Sportz Village Schools program to parents.
