The ideal candidate should have strong backend development expertise, a solid understanding of MVC architecture, and the ability to build scalable and secure web applications.

You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing web‑based solutions while collaborating with frontend developers, designers, and project managers to deliver high‑quality software products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel framework
• Design and implement RESTful APIs
• Work with MySQL database design, optimisation, and query performance tuning
• Integrate third‑party APIs and payment gateways
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimise application performance
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and frontend developers
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards
• Deploy applications on live servers (shared/VPS/cloud environments)
• Maintain proper documentation for development tasks
