Job summary

Orange Global in India is seeking a creative Photographer & Videographer to translate real-world client activities, procedures and expertise into high-quality social content. You will visit client locations across Delhi NCR to capture compelling visuals for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and websites.

The role requires strong composition, lighting and storytelling, with the ability to work independently and manage shoots end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Portfolio/showreel is mandatory.
• Experience shooting healthcare/doctor content is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently at client locations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute photo/video shoots at clinics, hospitals, offices and other client sites.
• Capture procedures, behind-the-scenes moments and educational content.
• Direct clients for natural, professional results.
• Create vertical content for Reels/Shorts and social platforms.
• Maintain client confidentiality and comply with hospital rules.
• Edit footage and coordinate with editors as needed.

We are a digital marketing agency helping healthcare professionals, doctors, surgeons and other businesses build strong personal brands and digital presence through engaging visual content.

We are looking for a creative Photographer & Videographer who can turn real-world client activities, procedures, expertise and behind-the-scenes moments into high-quality content for social media and digital platforms.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for visiting client locations and capturing professional photographs and videos for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites, advertisements and personal branding.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of composition, lighting, storytelling and short-form content, and should be comfortable working independently at client locations.

Experience shooting doctors, clinics or healthcare content is an advantage but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Client Shoots

• Plan and execute photo/video shoots at clinics, hospitals, offices and other client locations.
• Capture procedures, work processes, behind-the-scenes moments, interviews and educational content.
• Direct clients during shoots to achieve natural and professional results.
• Capture sufficient B-roll and multiple angles for Reels and other content.

Reels, UGC & Social Media Content

• Shoot vertical videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and advertisements.
• Understand UGC-style and social-first content.
• Work with the content/marketing team on hooks, concepts and shot lists.
• Identify interesting moments during shoots that can be converted into engaging content.

Personal Branding Photography

• Shoot professional portraits and headshots.
• Capture lifestyle and workplace photographs for personal branding.
• Maintain consistency with each client's brand image.

Technical Responsibilities

• Understand camera/smartphone videography, framing, exposure and composition.
• Set up basic portable lighting.
• Record clear audio using wireless/directional microphones.
• Manage and organize footage after every shoot.

Editing & Post-Production

• Perform basic photo correction and retouching.
• Edit short-form videos/reels.
• Coordinate with dedicated editors for advanced post-production when required.
• Follow client and agency brand guidelines.

Healthcare & Client Confidentiality

• Maintain professionalism and discretion at client locations.
• Follow hospital/clinic rules while shooting.
• Respect patient privacy and obtain/verify required consent before recording identifiable patients.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all client, patient and unreleased content.

What We're Looking For

• Strong photography and videography skills.
• Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and current content formats.
• Good sense of storytelling, framing and visual aesthetics.
• Comfortable interacting professionally with doctors, senior professionals and business owners.
• Ability to travel to client locations across Delhi NCR as required.
• Responsible with company-owned equipment and client footage.
• Ability to work independently during shoots.

Portfolio/showreel is mandatory.

Candidates should share examples of their photography, reels, videos or commercial/client shoots while applying.
